Smartphones are as ubiquitous as house keys so far in the 21st century, and no phone has appeared in more hands and against more heads than the iPhone. This year, Apple debuted the iPhone 12, and as in past years, that means big discounts on older model iPhones. That’s particularly true of Walmart’s best phone deals for its Black Friday 2020 events.
Because Walmart is rolling out its “Black Friday” deals over the course of a few weeks, which deal is best will depend on when you’re looking. While the iPhone deals go live Nov. 14, some will last only two days, while others last seven days.

Walmart Black Friday iPhone deals
Walmart is rolling out two distinct iPhone deals, and both hit Nov. 14 at 12 a.m. EST. There’s a two-day sale on the iPhone SE and iPhone XR, and a seven-day sale on the iPhone XS, XS MX, iPhone 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max. The second is juicier, as you can get up to $450 in eGift cards on those models, and up to $250 more if you trade in your old phone.
Walmart’s iPhone SE and iPhone XR deals
Walmart’s two-day iPhone event is specific to Straight Talk and Total Wireless. While you’ll save $150 on the iPhone SE, you have to commit to service on Straight Talk wireless. Likewise, you’ll save $100 on the iPhone XR on Total Wireless.
