Black Friday is approaching and the local malls are ready.
To ensure shoppers’ safety, there will be more hand sanitizing stations, mask wearing will be encouraged — although required in some stores — and the malls are increasing the frequency of overall cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic common areas.
Seating in common areas will be spaced out, most children’s play areas will be closed and water fountains will be dry.
Some retailers are limiting the number of shoppers at a time inside their stores, and many are offering curbside pickup and the increasingly popular new option, “BOPIS.”
